Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from Long Island homeowners.

For most Long Island residential pools, weekly cleaning is ideal. A week between services gives algae and debris just enough time to accumulate that things start looking (and smelling) bad — but a weekly visit keeps that from happening. Some pools, especially those with heavy tree coverage or heavy bather loads, may benefit from twice-weekly service.
No — we don't require long-term contracts. We earn your business every week through quality service. You can start or stop service at any time. That said, many customers do choose our full-season plans for convenience and savings.
Pricing depends on your pool's size, type, current condition, and the frequency of service you need. We believe in custom, transparent quotes rather than one-size-fits-all pricing. Contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate tailored to your specific pool.
Not at all! Most of our customers are not home during their service visit. As long as we have access to your backyard (we'll coordinate gate code or access on setup), we'll take care of everything and leave you a service report detailing what was done.
On Long Island, we typically recommend opening your pool when nighttime temperatures consistently stay above 50°F — usually late April to mid-May. Opening early allows you to prevent algae growth under the cover and gives you time to address any issues before swim season. Book early, as our schedule fills up quickly!
Absolutely. Green pool cleanups are one of our specialties. We'll assess the severity, perform an aggressive shock and algaecide treatment, and follow up to ensure the pool returns to crystal clarity — without draining it if possible. Call us and we'll try to get out to you as quickly as possible.
Yes! We service and repair pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and more. We service all major brands and can diagnose problems quickly. We'll give you an honest recommendation on whether to repair or replace, always with your best interests in mind.
